Sell a gift card in four steps, see your rate before you commit, and get paid into your own-currency wallet.
Pick the gift card type (the brand), then the category that matches your card exactly. Type the card value you want to sell and choose the wallet currency you want to be paid in. Your rate and the amount you receive show straight away.
Enter the card code (and PIN if it has one) or upload clear photos, and add your receipt if the category needs one. Review the summary, then submit. Your rate is locked at this point.
Every card is checked before any money moves. If we need something more, such as a clearer photo, the status changes to Action needed and we email you so you can reply on your transaction page.
Once the card is approved, the amount is credited to your Cardwin wallet in the currency you chose. Withdraw to a payout account in that currency whenever you are ready.
Your transaction moves through Submitted, Under review and Verification in progress to Approved, and is then marked Paid when your wallet is credited. If a card can't be accepted the sale is rejected with the reason, and nothing is added to your wallet. Every change is logged with a date on your transaction page and sent to your email.
Each category has one rate, the Naira paid for each 1 unit of the card's currency, and its own accepted values. Other wallet currencies are worked out from it using Cardwin's daily numbers. A category with no rate is listed so you can see it, but it can't be sold until we set a rate.
You have a wallet for each currency: Naira, rand, cedi, CFA franc and USDT. Each wallet unlocks with your first completed sale in it, has a minimum withdrawal, and pays out only to an account in the same currency. You add payout details only when you withdraw, and they are stored encrypted.
Buying is coming soon. When it opens you will choose a card and value, pay in your own currency, and have digital cards delivered to your Cardwin order page. We'll email you when your order is ready, but the code itself is shown only on the page.
