Acceptable Use Policy
Cardwin only works if everyone on it is honest. These are the rules.
Effective 1 October 2026. Questions about this page? Contact support.
You must not
- Submit gift cards that are stolen, counterfeit, obtained through fraud or scams, bought with stolen funds, or already redeemed.
- Sell a card for someone you do not know, or on behalf of a person who asked you to “process” it.
- Give false or misleading information, or use another person's identity, bank account or payout details.
- Open more than one account, or help others to evade a suspension or restriction.
- Use Cardwin for money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful purpose.
- Abuse referrals, for example by referring yourself, creating fake accounts or paying for sign-ups.
- Probe, attack, scrape or overload the service, or try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours.
- Harass or threaten Cardwin staff or other users.
Keeping yourself safe
Scammers often ask people to buy a gift card and send the code. If someone you don't know asks you to buy a card, do not. Cardwin will never ask for your password, your two-step code or a gift card code anywhere other than your transaction page.
Reporting a problem
If you see abuse, a suspicious message claiming to be from Cardwin or a security problem, tell support straight away. Report security issues with as much detail as you can and please don't publish them until we've had a chance to fix them.
What we do about breaches
Depending on how serious it is, we may reject a sale, hold funds while we investigate, restrict withdrawals, suspend or close an account, and report the matter to the police or a regulator. We will explain our decision wherever it is safe and lawful to do so. Funds that are properly yours will be released once any investigation is complete.
