Cardwin is a gift card marketplace for people across Africa. You sell gift cards you don't need and the money is paid into your Cardwin wallet in Naira, rand, cedi, CFA franc or USDT. Buying gift cards is coming soon.
Choose the gift card type (the brand), then the category that matches your card exactly, and type the card value. You see your rate and what you'll receive straight away. Then send the card as an e-code or physical card photos, add your receipt if you have one, and submit. Once the card is verified and approved, the money is added to your wallet. You can follow each step on your transaction page.
A gift card type is the brand, for example Amazon or iTunes. A category is the exact product within that brand, for example USA Amazon E-Code or UK iTunes (25 and Above). Each category has its own accepted values and its own rate, so choose the one that matches your card exactly.
Every category has one rate: the Naira we pay for each 1 unit of the card's own currency. You see your rate before you submit, and it is locked once you submit. Rates can change for new sales, so check again before each sale. If a category shows no rate, we aren't buying it right now and it can't be sold.
Verification time depends on the card type and how many cards are in the queue. You can follow every step on your transaction page, and we email you when the status changes.
The gift card types and categories we list, with their accepted values, are on the Cards you can sell page. That includes iTunes, Amazon, Steam, Google Play, Razer Gold, Visa, American Express, eBay, Xbox, Apple, Nordstrom, Macy, Sephora and Footlocker. If your card isn't listed, it can't be sold on Cardwin right now.
Yes. Type the exact card value you want to sell. Each category accepts a range (for example $10–$500) or a set value, shown under the amount box. Categories marked “and Above” start at the minimum shown and go up to 5,000: a single card is usually up to 1,000, and you can enter a larger total if you are selling several cards together. We tell you immediately if an amount isn't accepted. Your payout is the amount you enter multiplied by the rate.
Every approved sale is paid into your Cardwin wallet in the currency you choose. When you're ready, withdraw to a payout account in that currency. You add your payout details only when you withdraw, and they are stored encrypted. Each wallet has a minimum withdrawal and unlocks with your first completed sale in it.
Naira, South African rand, Ghanaian cedi, CFA francs (West and Central Africa) and USDT. You pick your preferred currency when you sign up and can change it any time. You can also choose a different wallet for any single sale.
Yes. Choose USDT as your wallet currency. When you withdraw, you choose the network (TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20) and the fee for that network is shown before you confirm. Check your network carefully: money sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
Any fee is shown in your quote before you submit, and the amount you see under "You receive" is what is credited if the card is approved. Withdrawal fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm a withdrawal.

Your transaction is updated with the reason. In some cases we ask for extra information, such as a clearer photo or a receipt. You'll see Action needed on your transaction page and can reply there. If we don't hear back in 7 days, the sale is closed and you can submit the card again. If a card can't be accepted, nothing is added to your wallet.
No. Once you submit a card, the sale can't be cancelled and your rate is locked. Check the card details carefully before you submit. If you need help with a sale, contact support and quote its reference.
We pay for the card you actually sent, at the current rate for that card, into the same wallet. If we can't accept it, the sale is rejected and the reason is on your transaction page.
For e-codes: the card code (and PIN if the card has one), or clear photos of the card. For physical cards: at least one clear photo of the card. You can upload more than one photo, and some categories need a purchase receipt. You'll also need a verified email.
Card codes, PINs and payout details are stored encrypted, uploaded images are kept private, and staff access is limited by role with two-step sign-in. Cardwin will never ask for your password or a card code outside your transaction page.
Yes. From your account you can set the rate you want for a category and we alert you when Cardwin pays that rate or better.
Share your referral link. When a friend who signs up with it trades enough, you're rewarded in your wallet. The qualifying amount and the reward are shown on your Referrals page.
